Are the products washed and cleaned?

We take extra care in ensuring that all of our products are washed, pressed/steamed and quality checked before listing. During this process we note any possible flaws, which are then included within the item description.

With pre-worn and vintage clothing you can expect general signs of light wear, minor marks and stains, bobbling and fading. Please check the item description for a detailed breakdown of any flaws (if there are any).

 

Are all the products authentic/legitimate?

All of our products are authentic/legitimate. We do not sell fakes or counterfeits.

 

I have entered the wrong delivery address at checkout, can I change it?

Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address you have provided once the order has been processed. Please take the time to ensure the address you have provided is correct.

 

How do I know the clothes will fit?

Within the item description you can find the labelled size, our recommended size (when the labelled size is inaccurate) and the garment's measurements. The measurements provided in the description are the most accurate way to determine if the clothing will fit. 

Take one of your favorite pieces from your wardrobe, measure up and use them as a comparison when shopping for the perfect fit.
